Shipping Policies
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. We reserve the right to choose the best option for all orders, based on package size, handling concerns, destination, and price.
All orders placed within the United States* (Domestics Orders) are FREE with purchase of $75 or more, except Hawaii and Alaska. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged shipping fees based on the lowest rates available.
Route Tracking
Route is a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place with real-time shipping updates.

We also offer the add on of Route+ which provides package protection for your Return Healthy orders. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Return Healthy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
We will provide a tracking number with each order so you can track the progress of your package. If you do not receive it with your shipping order, please contact us at sales@returnhealthy.com or via the contact us page on this website.

When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at sales@returnhealthy.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
Unclaimed Packages
We use address validation software to verify shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us as “refused” or “unclaimed”, we will attempt to reach you by the phone or email. If we cannot reach you, we will credit back your account less shipping fee.
Delivery Times
Any order placed before 11:00 am (MT) Monday-Friday are shipped same day and typically arrive at domestic destinations in 3-6 business days (not guaranteed).
Kindly note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipment Status
You will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Click on the link and you’ll be taken to the shipping supplier’s website where your shipment status is displayed. You may also log into your account to check order status and track shipments.
At checkout we also offer the option to purchase Route+, which allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers, dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Return Policies
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of supplements, you may return it for a full refund, no questions asked. Simply send back the items you wish to return within 60 days of receipt and a credit will be issued to your credit card or PayPal account.
Please allow up 7 business days after we receive the item back for the credit to appear in your account.
Return Healthy is not responsible for any extra fees originated by your financial institution during the refund process.
If you have purchased Route+ at checkout, you have protection for your online orders, allowing you to easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

To request a return simply contact us at sales@returnhealthy.com or simply send the package back to us with a copy of your invoice inside to:

Please make sure to include your order number inside of the package when shipping items back to us so we can properly credit you.
Returning a Package
See instructions above. You can use any shipping method you’d like. Please repackage the items including the invoice, and mail them back to us. Return Healthy is not responsible for any shipping cost related to a returning a package including tracking or insurance.
Incorrect Package Received
If for any reason you receive the incorrect order, we will send you a prepaid return label with the correct package immediately free of charge so you can return the incorrect package to us.
