I look forward to taking this every morning. I feel like I’m improving my health, starting my day off right and valuing myself. I have been putting it in my coffee, but I try not to put it in freshly brewed coffee because it it says to add to room temperature liquid. it dissolves fairly easily, but occasionally there are some clumpy pieces. It doesn’t bother me. I would definitely recommend this, and would like to continue taking it. But this is just me and I’m not a doctor or any healthcare professional.

What I like about Phospholipid Synergy is that it helps promote detoxification, a potent antioxidant, supports cellular defense, and anti-aging. The part I am concerned about is that it contains soy and maltodextrin. These two things could possibly be derived from GMOs, and I can't find anything on the canister or website that states it is not. It is gluten free, vegan, dairy free, and made in the USA. On the website it states that Return Healthy was created in 2012 by Dr. Werner Vosloo, ND MHom. They do manufacture their products in a GMP certified facility. As far as the powder goes, I would suggest mixing it with a smoothie or juice. Keep in mind, if you are allergic to soy, it is not soy free. There are a lot of great things in this supplement that is worth taking. There are 60 servings in the product, and they suggest two scoops a day leaving you with a 30 day supply.

Slight Improvement in Energy and Focus.
So I've been taking the supplement for a few weeks now and I've noticed a slight Improvement in energy and focus,. I can't say that the results so far have been monumental, but I believe that there is an improvement. The powder mixes pretty easily in water, although I don't care that much for the taste so I usually mix it with juice- orange juice masks it pretty good. I will continue to take the rest of the tub and hopefully I'll see more noticeable benefits as time goes on, but other than that there's definitely no negatives so I'd say it's pretty good. It seems like it's made from high quality ingredients. It's a little expensive, but if it delivers as promised then it's definitely worth it.

mix of phospholipids - but what's this other stuff?
I'm confused about what this product actually does - or what it's intended to do. The description vaguely says it's for brain health, cellular repair, and something called "advanced cleansing".I've been using various phospholipids like phosphatidylcholine, which helps me wind for sleep, and phosphatylserine, for the opposite effects in the gym. This formula has some other components that I thought would be smart to take for overall health, on an ongoing basis.I tried this a few times and had very different results. The first time I got very energized - almost wired. The second time I got sluggish. The third time was a weird mixture of the two.Looking a the ingredients more closely, they've added alpha-GPC which is sometimes in pre-work out energy drinks, and shilajit - a fad supplement - which can also produce energy. I don't quite get why either are in this.Putting either of these things in a product called "phospholipids" is a bit misleading, in my opinion. I think that this is intended to give customers a perceived brain health effect because it's essentially a stimulant - but because it does contain other lipids it has an odd mixed effect.I've tried a lot of supplements and I'm honestly tired of seeing otherwise straightforward products get spiked like this. Please leave the health fads out.

From my wife Sarah: I got this as a part of my brain health regimen. I'm happy that it's gluten and dairy free and vegan. I love the ingredients in it such as the shalajit. It's loaded with stuff that can make a difference. It's too early to tell, but I'll update when I see a difference. It's quite expensive but it still may be worth it.

I started this supplement about 3 weeks ago after have a mold exposure that reignited several symptoms. My doctor warned me of nausea upon starting this, but luckily I never experienced that. It is so hard to review a product like this, one that hopes to give you cell renewal. How do you tell if your cells are renewing at a better, faster, more improved rate and quality? I don't know so I'll just comment on what I can as a layperson. These phospholipids are easy to take. Even though the sellers page says take 2 capsules two times daily, this product that I am reviewing is a powder. It mixes and dissolves well (I have been using my little handheld coffee frother to mix the product in water), the taste is very mild and not unpleasant. I chug it down and hope that I am doing something good for my aging body.

Does Not Agree With Me
This is the second time I have tried a phospholipid supplement like this and have found they just do not agree with me after a week of use. I was hoping that since the ingredients were a little different in this one I would have better luck versus the last one I had tried but sadly I had the same results. This does not mean the supplement doesn't work, it just means it doesn't work for me. I also can not say it helped my energy levels at all during the week a used it however it probably takes longer to see results.I do believe overall this is a good supplement as the consistency, color, and flavor is nearly identical to the well known brand I tried first. With that said, I have found the flavor to be very off-putting and the best way to to take it is to take it straight, then wash it down with a strong flavored drink. I did try adding it to my morning coffee but found it doesn't really dissolve that well and totally over powers the coffee's flavor.Lastly, even though I feel this is likely a good product, I would feel even better about it if it has some kind of third party testing with the test results available for viewing. If you are one of the lucky ones that can tolerate soy based products unlike me, this may work for you.

An important element for me
This supplement product arrived on time and well packaged. As a senior in my mid-70s elements such as Phospholipids are important for my aging body. I have done the reading and research to see the benefits of this supplement. Please do your own reading. I have been taking this daily for one month now (adding to my water) and I have had any negative reactions. I have sensed a bit more energy with my daily walks and occasional gym workouts. I feel comfortable with this supplement in recommending it for any age.

Easy to take
I like this powder supplement since it is very easy to take with any juice or simply mixed in water. The formula is supposed to help with your immune system and so far it seems to be working since most of my friends have been sick and I am still healthy.
